The Democratic Debate: The Plot Thickens
February 27, 2020
The tenth debate in the democratic run for the presidency on Feb. 25 showcased not only the final seven candidates but also a lot of yelling in general. With Senator Bernie Sanders as the front-runner going into the debate, there were quite a few attacks as expected, however their sources could not have the same said about them. Senator Elizabeth Warren and Mayor Pete Buttigieg were the ones traditionally on the attack, but that quickly became overshadowed by the various other issues at hand. The primary issues spoken about were Vice President Joe Biden’s hopeful success in North Carolina, the possible threat of the coronavirus, and the enigma that is Mike Bloomberg’s entire campaign.
